Kelly Rowland’s voice has always been underrated in my opinion. Maybe because she was in Destiny’s Child, her voice was overshadowed by Beyoncé, but at the same time I’m sure it was such a blessing for her to be apart of the group. I can only imagine what doors opened for her because of her being a member of Destiny’s Child!
I remember seeing Kelly Rowland perform for an event we used to do every year here at 105.7 back in the day. This had to be around 1997 or 1998 and the group was unknown at the time. They had to be around 14 or 15 and shortly after the performance, they came out with their first single and of course the rest is History!
Well as you know, Kelly Rowland is all grown up now and continues to wow us with her amazing voice!
