    I need idea and motivations regarding weight loss plans. I don’t have any medical issues. I’m gaining weight due to unhealthy eating habits and sedentary lifestyle. But this summer I wanna wear crop tops desperately :'( Need some motivation so that I don’t quit midway.

    The best thing that worked for me was to chew slowly. :tongue:
    It will make you feel full without eating much. Plus take small servings.

    Hi MM jst don’t loose hope.u will loose weight definitely.first try to cut all junk foods.cut excess sugar,salt.it makes a huge difference.If possible go on salt free diet weekly once or twice.keep ur body moving.And last thing ,keep watching sexy looking models so tht u will b motivated to loose wt :cool:

    The first step to do is to become calorie aware-learn about how much calories are there in five foods you eat all the time. This gives you an idea about how much you can eat daily. Then learn about next five foods calorific value…etc etc…this helped me a lot to reduce rice and bread. Reduce the amount of chips n other Indian snacks/kurkure type stuff which has a lot of preservatives, flavouring and additives. Stock bland low calorie biscuit like crackers and eat with homemade toppings as snack. Or fruits anytime is great.
    Learn to cook two-three restaurant foods at home (like biryani, pasta, Chinese) so that you don’t get cravings for outside food loaded with oil.
    There are so many fun workouts on YouTube you can do for five minutes. Start on these.
    If you cannot go for walking outside/treadmill, you can jog in place or run up and down stairs as workout.
    One great tip that works for me. Use a smaller plate, fill half with a salad n rest your normal food.

    Our stomach size is the size of fist.so control portion size and eat healthy nutritious food.

    Stop eating things like biscuits, fried stuff. Also stay away from processed food. Have home cooked meal everyday.
