JODIE Marsh is certainly not someone to mess with – and her latest selfie has proved that her killer bodybuilder physique is a finely crafted weapon.
The 38-year-old bodybuilder and former glamour model showed off her guns, toned tum and bulging biceps in a hot pink bikini on Instagram – and fans are taking some gymspo from her as a result.

Posting a long message to her fans on her nutrition page, she wrote: “You might not want bulging muscles and this look was for a competition. However, you CAN make a start on your own fitness journey. Even if it’s just losing weight or toning up.
“Get some Semtex [a weight loss supplement] and start doing some exercise.
“Walking, weights, skipping, swimming, cycling. Whatever you fancy. Don’t just sit there. Do it!!
“These light summer nights are perfect for taking a walk instead of lying on the sofa.”
Lapping up the impressive photo, Jodie’s fans wrote to her on Instagram to praise her efforts in getting fit.
One wrote: “Do you sell bottles of your willpower and dedication? could do with some of those!”

A third person also praised her example and said: “Wow Miss MARSH with a physique like that you agin [sic] show what can be done through hard work and determination. !!!!”
Strongly anti-drugs, she shared images of both the unopened package followed by its contents on Twitter to prove that the drugs weren’t hers.
She began by writing: “This week I got sent a weird looking parcel in the post to my HOME address. I got my neighbours to help me open it as it looked creepy
