CHARLOTTETOWN — There is no question Pictou County native Traci Lynch died because of Joel Lawrence Clow. A judge will now decide if the man she was closest to during the final days of her life had the intent to end that life. Lynch died some time between 12 a.m. and 2:30 a.m.
